10HL 3vessel brewhouse system is automatic,fully installed on one skid. All the vessels, pumps, piping and other support machine are well connected, which consist a very compact brewhouse for really good floow space saving.

Basic configuration of the whole plante as below:

– A 3 vessel fully automated brewhouse, includes one mash tank, one lauter tun and one boiling kettle/whirlpool tank, The brewhouse is designed for the production of 10HL cold wort output of 14 plato from each brew, but still flexible for brewing of higher/lower gravity beer.

– Full set Siemens PLC system combined with Brewmaxx software.

– Full spent grain transport system.

-What is more special: We use the external heating for boiling, so the wort boiling temp is higher than 100℃, which brings good DMS value control.

-For the future installation, you just need to bring the whole Brewhouse unit to right position, quick connection with extended step, then a few piping connection with water station, after that you enjoy the brew.
